What is learned from you Mr.Williams is how to go into an Interview with confidence and ready ace the Interview. I also learned how diversity works and how it can effect many other people. Another big thing i learned is how to control our money and how money isn't the most important thing to worry about. What we have to worry about is what we really what and would like to be when we grow up. We also learned that there is nothing more valuable than people. The most important thing i learned is that I have to respect other people if i don't even like them but that is how it is in the real world. I Thank You very much for helping us through this Intern.

I have learned a lot from your class, like professionalism. I now know what to do and what not to do in an interview and work environment. It will help me a lot in the future from how to greet people to how to dress. It made me realize how the real world is and that you can't expect to get everything without putting in your all. Culture diversity is also a big part in having a good work environment. When you get to learn and accept other cultures, you become more marketable and have a good path to success.

Throughout the course of this lesson i have learned about being professional,how to work with people, diversity , and how to succeed in everyday life situations. I have so many knowledge about how to act,dress, and even walk through a hard interview. I learned how to solve situation that happen in work and even real life the proper way. Doing work by itself is very hard and the lesson thought me how to overcome the hard situations that i might go through. Lastly the lesson also thought me how to get along with people and there culture, intercity, and ethnicity.

What I’ve learned these couples of weeks you were here was communicating is an important thing to do when you have a job. Giving each other a help is always good and people would think good of you and would appreciate it so much. Another thing was when you go to an interview, the things you need to know like for example never get on your phone when you’re in a interview. Overall in the KMP program I learned how to do interviews, write resumes , and be a better person in general.
I think the things we learned in the course will help me later on life , because of lot of the lessons talked about everyday things like communication , confidence , body language , and other personal skills. We learned how to talk professionally , and that will help a lot for resumes , emails , and college .

I have learned a lot from the Internship program. There was plenty of etiquette for a workplace. Some was the learning of characteristics to know how to get a job. We also know the respect those who are different. One main think I learned was diversity. It is everywhere we go. It shows the different skills of people based on who they are. It is good in a workplace so that you can experience. That was one of the things I have learned.

The DISC assessment is a very useful tool. It allows you to see exactly what traits you have. For me, it told me that I am multiple things. This can be useful in the work place to know how you work with others.

My letter was S by its self and it basically says that I'm kind, caring, and supportive. This could help me in jobs to find a job close to my personality and who I am. This really fit me because I wanna be a nurse when I grow up and it fits good with the letter S. This could also help people define me and really see the person I am and my personality.

The meaning of diversity is understating that people come from different cultures,race, and ethnicity. Working with people might be hard but if you try and respect all of the things that come with diversity then you will be fine. People are different and accepting there differences and unique features will help us learn new things from them.There are many people out there who only respect there own culture and that really bad because they wont learn new things but if you respects others you will better your self.

Diversity is people who have differences in cultural background. Diversity for me is just different people with different races or cultures. In my opinion I think diversity is very important in our community. I think diversity is important because we get to learn about each other. My two answers were Cautious and Supportive. I did in fact know about the supportive part because I get that a lot, but I didn't know about the Cautious part. People tell me that i do take the safest way around things, and I guess now its true. I believe that now I know how i can do things by using what I will call gifts, in my future, and in my future career.

My results were pretty accurate because i got I/S. The I means that your outgoing, exhibit Inspiring and interactive behaviors. The S means that your reserved, Cautious and careful behaviors. That true and I am surprised for how accurate this disc is. This explains how i am as a person i am outgoing and careful.

The result that i got from the assessment was I/s which stand for inspiring an supportive. The results will help me as i move on with my life because it shows me what i need to fix. I think the DISC is very accurate. I got S/IC and I think that represents me. I think that will help me with my future job. I think the supportive part was important to me and could be a skill that I could use for when I study or become a vet. The results that it had for me were very accurate in my opinion.
